How we handle your data.

Who the controller is

The controller of the data processed on this site is VitOcean, whose address and contact channels are listed in the footer. For anything concerning personal data, including exercising the rights described here, use the site's contact email.

What data we collect

There are two distinct situations, and they work differently:

• Data you send us: name, company, email and whatever message you write when requesting a quote. The site's form does NOT send anything to a server of ours: it only composes the message and opens your own email app or WhatsApp, and you decide whether to send it. The data only reaches us once you hit send in your own app.
• Browsing data: with your consent, pages visited, traffic source, device and browser type, and the cookie identifiers used by Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. Without consent, none of this is collected.

What we use it for

• Responding to quote requests and conducting the commercial conversation.
• Understanding how the site is used and improving its pages and navigation.
• Measuring the results of our campaigns and showing ads to people who have already shown interest.

On what legal basis

• Analytics and advertising cookies: consent (LGPD art. 7, I). Nothing loads before you accept, and you may revoke it at any time on this page.
• Commercial contact you initiate yourself: preliminary procedures at your own request, ahead of a contract (LGPD art. 7, V).

Cookies and similar technologies

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure audience and Meta Pixel to measure and target campaigns. Both write cookies in your browser and are only loaded after you accept the notice. While you have not answered, or if you decline, the scripts are not even downloaded.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, regardless of the choice made here.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. Sharing is limited to the providers needed to run the site and to measure what we do:

• Google (Google Analytics), for audience metrics.
• Meta (Meta Pixel), for campaign metrics and targeting.
• Vercel, which hosts the site and processes technical request data, such as IP address, in order to deliver it.

International transfer

The providers above run servers outside Brazil, so an international data transfer takes place. It relies on the contractual safeguards and compliance mechanisms each of them offers, under chapter V of the LGPD.

How long we keep it

Commercial contact messages are retained for as long as the relationship lasts and for the period required to meet legal obligations. Browsing data follows the retention period configured in each analytics tool. The record of your consent lives in your own browser and disappears when you revoke it or clear the site's data.

Your rights

The LGPD (art. 18) guarantees that you may request, at any time and free of charge:

• Confirmation that we process your data, and access to it.
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
• Anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law.
• Portability to another provider, and deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent.
• Information about who we share your data with.
• Withdrawal of consent, and information on what happens if you do not consent.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and keeps no database and no login area: there is no sign-up, password or payment on this site, and we will never ask you for that kind of information here.

Changes to this policy

If the processing changes, we update this text and the date above. A change that alters the purpose of the cookies makes the consent notice appear again, so that the choice is made about the new purpose.
